大埔寶馬山3房累減$148萬至$852萬易手

美聯物業-梁葦姮經理表示，成交單位為大埔寶馬山3座中層A室，實用面積1,033平方呎，屬3房間隔，向東北，望內園。梁葦姮表示，原業主以$1,000萬放售後吸引同區客洽詢，雙方經議價後累減$148萬，以$852萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$8,248。據悉，新買家心儀屋苑環境清幽恬靜，單位向東南、內園景，屬罕有放盤，故睇樓睇樓後決定入市。

資料顯示，原業主2001年以$380萬購入單位，持貨約24年，是次易手帳面獲利約$472萬，單位期內升值約1.2倍。
