大埔寶馬山3房累減$148萬至$852萬易手

美聯物業-梁葦姮經理表示,成交單位為大埔寶馬山3座中層A室,實用面積1,033平方呎,屬3房間隔,向東北,望內園。梁葦姮表示,原業主以$1,000萬放售後吸引同區客洽詢,雙方經議價後累減$148萬,以$852萬易手,實用面積平均呎價約$8,248。據悉,新買家心儀屋苑環境清幽恬靜,單位向東南、內園景,屬罕有放盤,故睇樓睇樓後決定入市。

資料顯示,原業主2001年以$380萬購入單位,持貨約24年,是次易手帳面獲利約$472萬,單位期內升值約1.2倍。
