美聯物業大埔天賦海灣分行助理區域經理楊浩然)表示,該行剛促成大埔寶馬山5座低層D室,實用面積756平方呎,建築面積946平方呎,3房連套房單位,間隔實用,原業主原開價約$890萬,新買家心儀屋苑環境,並看好後市,決定購入,雙方議價$52萬,終以$838萬成交單位,實用面積平均呎價約$11,085,建築面積平均呎價約$8,858。

據悉,原業主於2016年以$730萬購入物業,持貨逾6年,帳面獲利$108萬,期內物業升值約15%。
