大埔寶馬山2房議價後以$658萬易手 帳面獲利約$174萬離場

中原地產大埔逸瓏灣第二分行經理吳華彩表示,分行最新錄得大埔寶馬山8座中層C單位,單位實用面積539平方呎,建築面積685平方呎,2房間隔,開價約$700萬,議價後以$658萬易手,實用面積平均呎價約$12,208。

中原吳華彩表示,新買家為同區分支家庭,見屋苑少有放盤,單位價錢合理,父母資助首期,入市單位予女兒作自住之用。據了解,原業主於1997年以約$484萬購入單位,持貨26年轉售,帳面獲利約$174萬離場,單位期內升值約36%。
