美聯物業 - 梁葦姮經理表示，大埔富雅花園鄰近鐵路站，交通便利，吸引用家承接。該行錄得該屋苑一單位以$435萬（居二市場價）易手，實用呎價約$7,348。34年貨轉手賺$382.7萬，單位升值逾7.3倍。

梁葦姮指出，成交單位為大埔富雅花園3座低層D室，實用面積約592方呎，座向西南，採用三房設計。原業主最初叫價$480萬，放盤約1個月後獲區內客垂青。買家為居屋二手市場客，睇樓3次後決定承接，主要心儀屋苑放盤稀少，且位置鄰近港鐵站及新達廣場，生活配套完善。經議價後，單位最終以$435萬（居二市場價）成交，實用呎價約$7,348。

資料顯示，原業主早於1991年1月以$52.3萬（居二市場價）購入單位，持貨約34年，是次轉手帳面大幅獲利約$382.7萬，升值逾7.3倍。
