中原地產 - 楊頌堯經理表示，租賃市場持續活躍，分行最新錄得大埔中心一宗內地生租賃個案，單位為4座高層G室，建築面積433平方呎，實用面積313平方呎，原則2房改一房間隔，叫價約$13,000，零議價租出，實用平均呎租$41.5。

據了解，新租客為2名內地學生，新學年將於教大就讀，見單位價錢合理，間隔合用，位置方便，即以先付一年租金形式租入單位自用，方便上學。據了解，業主於2019年以$540萬購入單位，現租出單位可享約2.9厘租金回報。
