中原地產-趙國華經理表示，大圍雲疊花園新近錄得6座中層D室，單位實用面積593平方呎，建築面積667平方呎，3房間隔，原先叫價約$630萬，議價後最終以自由市場價$550萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價$9,275。

中原趙國華指，新買家為區內客，見屋苑少有放盤，單位價錢合理，即決定入市單位自用。據了解，原業主則於2010年以$270萬購入上址，持貨約15年，現轉手賬面獲利$280萬離場，單位期內升值104%。
