中原地產-張曼筠經理表示，租出單位為大圍金禧花園4座高層B室，單位實用面積314平方呎，建築面積416平方呎，2房間隔，議價後以$1.77萬獲承租，實用面積平均呎租$56.4。

據了解，新租客為國內客，見屋苑位置方便，單位間隔合用，為方便小朋友上學，即決定以先付半年租金形式入單位自住。據了解，業主於2025年以$465萬買入單位，租金回報約4.6厘。
