大圍珀玥1房以$1.7萬租出創項目呎租新高

中原地產-黃一鋒經理表示，日前促成大圍珀玥中層C室租賃成交，單位實用面積201平方呎，1房間隔，議價後最終以$1.7萬租出，實用面積平均呎租$85，創項目呎租新高。

中原黃一鋒指，新租客為一名內地女學生，見屋苑交通方便，單位高層開揚，即決定以先付一年租金方式租入單位自用。據了解，業主於2018年以約$515萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約4厘租金回報。
