中原地產 - 林少億經理表示，本月交投氣氛正面，大圍柏傲莊8月暫錄約2宗成交，屋苑最新錄得2期7B座中層C室，實用面積329平方呎，1房間隔，開價約$730萬，議價後以$710萬易手，實用平均呎價$21581。

中原地產 - 林少億經理指，新買家為上車客，見屋苑交通方便，單位少有放盤，間隔合用，即決定入市單位自用。據了解，原業主於2020年以$723萬購入單位，持貨5年，是次轉手賬面蝕約$13萬離場，單位期內貶值約1.8%。
