中原地產 - 邱皓文經理表示，受利好消息帶動下，整體入市氣氛升溫，大圍新晉屋苑柏傲莊最新錄得一期3A座低層C室成交，單位實用面積452平方呎，2房間隔，原叫價約$928萬，日前議價後以$920萬獲承接，實用呎價約$20,354。

據悉，新買家為區內上車客，見屋苑樓齡較新且少有放盤，單位間隔合用，遂決定承接單位自用。資料顯示，原業主於2020年以約$976萬購入單位，持貨5年，是次轉手帳面蝕讓約$56萬，期內貶值約5.7%。
