中原地產-陳耀榮經理表示，分行最新錄大圍柏傲莊7A座中層C室，單位實用面積454平方呎，2房間隔，望園景，開價約$980萬，放盤約一個月，議價後以$950萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價約$20,925。

中原陳耀榮指，新買家為區外用家，見屋苑位置方便，環境舒適，單位少有放盤，價錢屬合理，即決定購入單位自住。據了解，原業主於2020年以$934萬購入單位，持貨約5年，主要用作收租之用，現轉手賬面獲利約$16萬離場，單位期內升值約1.7%。
