中原地產沙田及大圍高級區域董事歐偉基表示,日前促成大圍壹號雲頂6座中層B室,單位實用面積1,291平方呎,建築面積1,726平方呎,望開揚沙田及大圍市景,4房連雙套房及工人套房間隔,業主原先叫價約$2,280萬,日前議價後以$2,238萬獲承接,實用面積平均呎價$17,335。

中原歐偉基指,新買家為區內換樓客,見單位間隔合用,價錢合理,即承接單位自用,提升生活質素。據了解,原業主於2008年12月以約$1,104萬購入單位,持貨約15年,是次沽出單位獲利$1,134萬離場,單位期內升值約103%。
