【地產簡訊】前美領館壽山村道地獲批建5幢洋房

香港文匯報訊 (記者梁悅琴) 屋宇署昨公布，8月份合共批出23份建築圖則，包括15項住宅及商住發展、3項工廠及工業發展，以及5項社區服務發展。

其中以南區壽山村道37號，即前美國領事館用地較矚目，由恒隆地產（0101）於2020年以25.66億元購入，該用地新近獲批圖則，准許在1層低層地下之上興建5幢3層高的獨立屋，可建樓面約47,297平方呎，估計平均每幢洋房的面積約9,459平方呎。
