周梁淑怡沽跑馬地舊商住物業帳面獲利3302萬持貨40年勁升34倍

市場消息透露，跑馬地綿發街3號全幢商住物業於本月中以3,398萬元成交，呎價約7,230元。消息指，新買家為有新加坡背景人士，原業主則為黎希德有限公司，該公司股東及董事為前行政會議成員周梁淑怡。

賬面獲利3302萬持貨40年回報豐厚

資料顯示，跑馬地綿發街3號於1961年落成，樓齡約64年，建築面積約4,700平方呎，周梁淑怡家族早於1985年以96萬元購入該物業，持貨40年後，帳面獲利高達3,302萬元，升值逾34倍。

周梁淑怡現時並非活躍於樓市。據查，她及家人現正持有山頂加列山道崑廬一個中層單位，於2007年以約1,800萬元購入。該單位於2020年曾一度同時放租及放售，惟最終未有成功易手，目前仍然持貨。
