世紀21日昇地產 - 蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交是北角丹拿道港運城，物業2座中層C室，單位實用面積約620平方呎，單位屬兩房兩廳間隔單位，向東南望樓景，成交價$870萬，實用呎價約$14,032。業主原叫價$920萬，減價$50萬，減幅5.4%成交。

蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位原業主於2011年1月才以約$557.2萬購入上址單位，持貨14年帳面獲利$312.8萬，期間單位升值56%。
