北角港逸軒減價$62萬至$218萬成交持貨16年帳面獲利$73萬

世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交是北角春牧街港逸軒低層B室，單位實用面積約200平方呎，單位原則屬1房現改為開放式單位，業主原叫價為$280萬，最終減價$62萬至$218萬成交，實用面積平均呎價為$10,900，創屋苑近14年的最低入場費。

蔡嘉駿補充，原業主於2009年8月以$145萬購入上址，持貨16年帳面獲利$73萬，期間市值上升50%。
