北角永寶大廈高層3房戶減價$80萬至$860萬成交

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角堡壘街永寶大廈的一個房產。物業位於高層D室，實用面積約678平方呎，單位配置為三房兩廳連主人套房，主要眺望向北樓景。原業主放盤價為$940萬，最終大幅減價$80萬至$860萬成交，實用呎價約$12,684，這次減價約8.5%，並且呎價創下屋苑近3年新低。

蔡嘉駿補充，單位原業主於1996年4月以$350萬購入上址，持貨28年帳面獲利$510萬，期間市值大幅增加近1.5倍。
