北角建康花園3房改2房成交價$750萬大幅升值1.3倍

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角建康花園低層D室，單位實用面積約593平方呎，3房間隔改為2房，向東面望開揚景，成交價$750萬，實用面積平均呎價約$12,648，業主今年7月放盤，原叫價$830萬，放盤3個月減價$80萬，減幅9.6%成交。

蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位原業主於2005年11月以$320萬購入上址單位，持貨18年帳面獲利$430萬，期間單位大幅升值1.3倍。
