北角丹拿花園物業成交價$900萬持貨15年帳面升值$255萬

世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交是北角丹拿花園物業5座高層E室，單位實用面積約683平方呎，單位屬3房間隔單位，向東南面望山景為主，成交價$900萬，實用面積平均呎價約$13,177。

據悉，單位業主早前原叫價$980萬，現減價$80萬，減幅達8.2%成交，業主早於2010年8月以$645萬購入單位，持貨15年帳面升值$255萬，期間升值幅度達40%。
