北角丹拿花園減價$95萬至$955萬易主

世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，新近成交是北角丹拿花園5座中層C室，單位實用面積約734平方呎，屬3房連主人套房設計，望向南面山景單位，新近獲買家以$955萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$13,011，原業主於今年1月以$1,050萬放售，最終減價$95萬成交，減幅約9%。

蔡嘉駿補充，原業主業主早於2016年11月以$1,118萬購入單位，持貨9年帳面損失$163萬，期間帳面跌價11%。
