學生旺季前搶租西營盤翰林峰一炮過付逾27萬全年租金！

租賃旺季即將來臨，有學生趕在高峰期前提早租下心儀單位，並一炮過支付全年租金逾27萬元。

市場新錄得西營盤翰林峰3座低層E室租賃成交，單位實用面積358平方呎，屬1房連儲物房間隔，月租叫價2.4萬元。業主見租客可快速起租及付一年租金，因此同意減價1,200元，以22,800元租出單位，平均實用呎租63.7元。

據了解，業主於2024年12月以700萬元購入單位，現享3.9厘租金回報。

至於新租客為學生，擔心遲租選擇少及競爭大，故提早睇樓，見上址合適即決定承租單位。

西營盤翰林峰鄰近香港大學，深受學生租客歡迎，過去租賃旺季呎租曾突破100元。目前28Hse網站共13個翰林峰單位放盤，其中開放式單位16,000元入場，1房單位23,000元入場。
