元朗炒風再起｜朗怡居短炒2個月大賺72萬富盛大廈半年升值19%

受到一手新盤熱銷的推動，二手樓市近日交投活躍，元朗近日錄得多宗短炒獲利個案，炒風再起。

朗怡居1座低層E室，實用面積552平方呎，原業主於今年1月以438萬元購入後，短暫持貨兩月，最近以510萬元沽出，期間升值16%。短短兩個月就炒貴72萬元。

元朗西菁街的富盛大廈低層B室，實用面積316平方呎，2房間隔，原業主去年9月以約240萬元入市，最近以285萬元轉手，呎價達9019元。持貨約半年，帳面獲利45萬元，升值19%。
