美聯物業元朗大棠路分行區域經理翟安暉表示,加息陰霾持續下,剛成交單位是元朗新時代廣場1期9座高層B室,實用面積約545平方呎,建築面積約704平方呎,向南享開揚山景,屬三房戶間隔,早前以$958萬放售,買賣雙方議價後以$935萬易手, 折合實用平均呎價約$17,156,建築呎價約$13,281。

原業主於2004年9月以約$150.4萬於一手市場購入上述物業,持貨18年多,轉手帳面獲利$784.6萬,即期內升值逾5.2倍。
