美聯物業元朗 - 世宙分行助理區域經理馮根明表示，二手交投氣氛回暖，區內物業均有受惠，該行最新錄得區內首置客斥$265萬購元朗寶豐大樓335實呎戶，原業主持貨45年，期內升值約13.7倍。

馮根明表示，成交單位為元朗寶豐大樓中層C室，實用面積335平方呎，尋兩房設計，間隔四正。據悉，放盤一年前以$278萬放售，近日獲區內首置客洽購，議價13萬元後，以$265萬承接，實用呎價約$7,910。

資料顯示，原業主於1979年以$18萬買入單位，持貨45年，帳面轉手獲利$247萬或升值約13.7倍。
