元朗原築3房戶$678萬獲承接 9年帳面獲利$138萬

美聯物業元朗公園南路分行高級分區營業經理徐君寶表示,該行最新成交元朗原築5座中層G室單位,實用面積814平方呎,建築面積約1,060方平方呎,為3房套連士多房單位,間格實用,多獲上車客垂青。據悉,原業主由於移民,故一減再減,終以$678萬獲用家承接,實用面積平均呎價約$8,329,建築面積平均呎價約約$6,396。

據了解,原業主於2013年6月以$540萬購入物業,持有該物業逾9年,帳面獲利$138萬,期内物業上升近26%。
