美聯物業 - 葉偉珠經理表示，該行剛促成元朗南柏𣾷一個517實呎戶成交，由於涉及銀碼吸引，故獲外區用家垂青，睇樓2次後即拍板以$385萬承接。

葉偉珠表示，位於元朗南唐人新村路的低密度住宅項目柏𣾷，剛促成的為7座B室單位，實用面積約517平方呎，為兩房間隔，而屋苑居住環境吸引，而且樓價相宜，原業主近期叫價約$420萬，故獲外區用家垂青，並睇樓2次後議價至約$385萬成交，折合實用呎價約為$7,447。
