香港置業東中九龍淘大商場分行營業經理胡國安表示，日前促成九龍灣德福花園I座極高層，實用面積約515平方呎，屬2房間隔，向西望內園景，單位以$600萬放盤約半年後獲區內客洽詢，由於樓價低位反彈，加上單位需要行一層樓梯，故雙方經議後減價$70萬，最終以約$530萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約$10,291，低市價約2%。

據了解，新買家為區內分支家庭，心儀單位價錢相宜，故睇樓數次後即拍板承接。
