美聯物業淘大花園分行高級分區營業經理黃家明表示，該行新近促成九龍灣德福花園K座高層14室，實用面積491平方呎，建築面積562平方呎，2房間隔，獲睇樓約一個月的外區客以$588萬購入，實用面積平均呎價$11,976，建築面積平均呎價$10,463。

據了解＿，原業主於2011年8月以$368萬購入上述單位，持貨超過11年，帳面獲利$220萬，單位升值約6成。
