美聯物業大埔 - 白石角豪宅分行助理區域經理黃國輝表示，成交單位為九肚山峰麗坪路單號屋，實用面積2,606平方呎，附設522平方呎花園及969平方呎平台，屬5房連雙套間隔。據悉，單位先前以月租$9萬放租，獲家庭客以$8.3萬承租，實用面積平均呎租約$32。

資料顯示，業主於2018年以約$7,689.5萬購入該單位，以是次租金計算，租賃回報近1.3厘。
