中環中心牙醫診所月租47.6萬續租3年獲紀惠集團減租36%

由湯文亮出任行政總裁的紀惠集團，近年積極賣樓減磅，集團持貨策略備受市場關注。據悉，紀惠集團所持中環皇后大道中99號中環中心19樓，當中一半樓面由一間牙醫診所承租接近20年，最近與業主達成新租約，獲得大幅減租約36%，續租三年，每月租金約47.6萬元，較舊租金每月74.46萬元大減近27萬元，呎租約39.2元。

該牙醫診所承租的範圍為中環中心19樓1至5室及12至13室，建築面積合共約12,148平方呎。今次續租協議下，月租由舊租金的74.46萬元調整至47.6萬元，減幅約36%，每月節省約26.86萬元租金。

紀惠集團於2018年以7.6億元購入中環中心19樓全層物業。湯文亮當時曾透露，當年入市主因是其姊廖湯慧靄光顧的牙醫診所就設於該層，擔心牙醫日後被加租逼遷，所以與原業主、即全國政協委員盧文端商討後，便買入該樓層。當年湯文亮接受報章問時，亦坦言：「家姐唔想個牙醫被逼遷。」
