上水居屋旭埔苑居二市場價$298萬獲承接

中原地產上水中心分行區域營業經理區國健表示，成交單位為上水居屋旭埔苑G座(商湖閣)中層05室，單位實用面積549平方呎，建築面積670平方呎，2房間隔，經議價後以居二市場價$298萬獲承接，實用面積平均呎價$5,428。

中原區國健指，新買家為用家，見屋苑位置方便，單位造價合理，少有放盤，把握機會購入單位自用。據了解，原業主於1982年12月以$13.1萬購入單位，持貨41年，是次沽出單位賬面獲利約$284.9萬離場，單位期內升值約21.7倍。
