上水安盛苑以$260萬居二市場價承接單位升值約9.7倍

美聯物業-嚴啟雄經表示，成交單位為上水安盛苑A座低層12室，實用面積441平方呎，屬2房設計。據悉，單位早前以$265萬放售，獲新買家接洽，雙方經議價後最終以$260萬居二市場價承接，實用面積平均呎價約$5,896。新買家為公屋戶，為提升生活質素，決定購入較大單位。

資料顯示，原業主於1990年以約$24.3萬購入單位，是次易手帳面獲利約$235.7萬離場，升值約9.7倍。
