上水中心4座低層3房戶議價後以$663萬成交升值達159%

中原地產 - 周雪雯經理指出，新盤熱銷帶動了整體市場的活躍交投。上水中心本月暫錄約2宗成交，其中最新成交是4座低層D室。該單位建築面積為699平方呎，實用面積為532平方呎，配置為3房間隔。原開價約$688萬，經過議價後以$663萬成交，實用面積平均呎價為$12462。

周雪雯提到，新買家是同區換樓客，對放盤單位的價格和間隔都感到滿意，因此決定購入此單位作為自住。據了解，原業主於2009年以$256萬購入該物業，持有約16年。現在轉手時，賬面獲利達$407萬，單位在持有期間升值達159%。
