Mortgage Ratio Guide

Updated: Aug 2020, the mortgage percentage of non-residential property is increaded from 40% to 50%. Updated: October 2019, the mortgage percentage of first-time home buyers in Policy address is amended by HK Gov. It can be borrowed up to 90% of a property's value to max. of HKD8 million and up to 80% for HKD10 million property
