Kam Fai Court (English: Kam Fai Court) is one of the Home Ownership Scheme housing estates of the Hong Kong Housing Authority. It is located in Ma On Shan, New Territories, next to the MTR Heng On Station. It is close to Heng On Estate, Tian Yu Hai, Ting Tao Court, Guanlan Court and other residential buildings. The land on which the housing estate is located was originally planned as open space, but by June 2015, the government proposed to convert 0.53 hectares of land into home ownership housing[1].
