The project consists of a residential building with a height of 29 floors, equipped with three elevators and a sheltered floor on the rooftop. The 8th to 31st floors of the building are residential floors. Each floor is divided into two parts, A and B, each with 7 units, providing a total of 294 stratified residences. The usable area of unit
ranges from 283 to 386 square feet, and the floor height ranges from 2.85 to 3.825 meters. The interval covers one to two bedrooms, and is divided into two types: 1 bedroom and 2 living rooms, and 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. Each household adopts an open kitchen design. Each unit is equipped with a terrace of 22 to 24 square feet, and more than 70% of the units are equipped with a working platform of 17 to 19 feet. The supply of
units is dominated by one-bedroom households, with 252 units, accounting for approximately 85.7% of the supply, and the usable area ranges from 283 to 319 square feet. There are only 42 two-bedroom units, located in rooms A1 and B1 on each floor, with a total usable area of 386 square feet.
In terms of supporting facilities, the project has a 4,063-square-foot resident clubhouse, which provides facilities including swimming pools, fitness rooms, playgrounds, and landscaped areas. There is also a podium garden covering an area of approximately 834 square feet and a green space/landscape area of 3,704 square feet for residents to relax and walk.
In terms of transportation, the project is adjacent to To Kwa Wan Station of the MTR Shatin to Central Line, with two stations directly leading to the future Kai Tak Station and four stations reaching Admiralty. There are currently a number of bus routes on Ma Tau Kok Road and Ma Hang Chung Road, traveling to various places in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. The Kowloon City Ferry Terminal, located about 10 minutes' walk to the east, also provides ferry routes to North Point.
