Lake Silver, formerly known as Lake W, [1] is a residential project jointly developed by the MTR Corporation and Sino Land. It is located on top of Wu Kai Sha Station in Ma On Shan, Sha Tin District, Hong Kong. Behind it is the Green Garden. In the distance ahead are the sea and Tolo Harbor. You can overlook the Shenzhen Dapeng Peninsula as far as the farthest. The entire project covers an area of 370,000 square feet. It was completed in November 2009 and occupied on November 24. Silver Lake·Tianfeng is divided into shops, kindergarten and residences. The residences are built above the shops and kindergarten.
The residential project consists of 7 buildings with 39 to 47 floors, arranged in an "L" shape, providing 2,218 units with an average unit area of 76 square meters, a shopping mall area of 4,000 square meters, and 340 parking spaces [2]. The project focuses on large units, with 2-bedroom units starting from 700 square feet, and special units such as connected units, duplex units, and rooftop units. There are more than 20 different partition types in the entire housing estate. The floor height of each unit is 10 feet, each unit has an environmentally friendly terrace, and the living room is equipped with floor-to-ceiling glass. Part of the clubhouse facilities in the housing estate are located above the Wu Kai Sha MTR Station and are connected by two small barges.
