恒地大角咀項目收購埋尾

(記者 顏倫樂、梁悅琴) 恒地近年積極於市區展開收購,其中一個收購重地為大角咀,持有多個舊樓重建地盤。公司新近再就大角咀道177至191號(單號)向土地審裁處申請強制拍賣,地址上的4幢舊樓分別已收購由83.33%至91.67%。據了解物業現址地盤面積為8,995.36方呎,如果以9倍地積比率發展,可建商住樓面約80,960方呎。

據恒地申請文件顯示,地盤現況估值約3.932億元。而根據公司年報,恒地現於大角咀嘉善街、角祥街、博文街、萬安街及大角咀道一帶都有舊樓重建地盤,佔地總面積約58,758方呎,可建樓面約52,471方呎,當中約62%已收齊業權,餘下則購入超過80%業權。

協成行強拍筲箕灣義德樓

協成行申請強拍筲箕灣東大街121至131號義德樓(筲箕灣內地段第735號),早前獲法庭頒下強制拍賣令,第一太平戴維斯將於今日就項目進行公開拍賣會,拍賣底價為8.04億元。
