豉油街地逾4.6億下限價批出

(記者梁悅琴) 疫情下令本港地價持續出現低價成交，上周五截標時接獲27份標書的旺角豉油街與上海街交界的蚊型用地，最終以4.67億元批予Worth Forever Limited，以最高可建樓面地皮約6.06萬方呎計，每呎樓面地價約7,700元，貼近市場估值下限。綜合市場估價介乎4.2億至6.4億元，每平方呎樓面地價為7,000至1.05萬元。上周五截標時接獲27份標書，包括長實、佳兆業集團、越秀、晶苑地產、佳明、大昌地產、永泰、遠展、爪哇、英皇、建灝地產等。
