中原地產 - 胡耀祖經理表示，受新盤熱賣帶動，整體交投氣氛活躍。該行最新促成馬鞍山錦泰苑B座中層08室成交，單位建築面積828平方呎，實用面積650平方呎，3房間隔，日前以居二市場價$518萬元成交，折合實用呎價約$7,969。

胡耀祖指出，該單位開價約$550萬元，新買家為用家，見單位少有放盤且價錢合理，遂果斷入市作自住之用。資料顯示，原業主於2010年以約$178萬元購入物業，持貨約15年，是次轉手帳面獲利約$340萬元，物業升值約1.9倍。
