世紀21奇豐物業 - 黎健峯董事表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山翠擁華庭成交，單位為7座高層B室，實用面積499平方呎，屬2房2廳間隔，座向東南望山景。單位放盤1個月，叫價約$550萬，最終以$530萬成交，減幅$20萬或約3.6%，實用面積呎價為$10,621。

據了解，原業主於1999年5月以約$266萬購入上述單位，持貨約26年，是次沽售帳面獲利約$264萬，單位期內升值約1倍。
