世紀21奇豐物業 - 廖振雄董事，近日報告了一宗在西貢清水灣傲瀧的蝕讓成交。該單位位於第2座中層E室，實用面積為968平方呎，配置3房(1套)及2廳，朝向內園景致。此單位以$1,188萬成交，實用面積呎價為$12,273，與當前市場價格相符。

廖振雄指出，原業主於2018年6月以$1,608萬購入該單位，持有近7年。在此期間，由於市場波動，業主最終以損失$420萬的價格出售，單位價值下跌約26%。此次成交反映了當前房地產市場的變化情況，尤其是在高端住宅區域的價格調整。
