西貢傲瀧頂層連天台單位成交價$950萬

世紀21奇豐-廖振雄董事表示，新近錄得西貢傲瀧再錄蝕讓成交，單位為23座頂層連天台單位，單位實用面積726平方呎，屬2房間隔，單位望內園景，最終以$950萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$13,085，約低於市價7%成交。

廖振雄指，原業主於2018年2月一手向發展商購入上址，當時作價$1,417.8萬，持貨7年至今將單位轉售，賬面虧蝕$467.8萬，物業期內大幅跌價33%。
