白表入息限制將下調

香港文匯報訊 據了解,新一期居屋預計最快今年年中接受申請,今年第四季攪珠,明年第一季開始揀樓。其中朗天苑預計2026年落成,屬最遲入伙屋苑,其餘屋苑則預計於2025年陸續落成。同時,房委會因應整體樓價下調白表申請者的入息及資產限額。

想申請今期居屋的巿民要留意,白表(住私樓)單身申請人的入息限額由上期的3.3萬元下調至3.1萬元,2人家庭則由6.6萬元降至6.2萬元,單身及2人家庭的資產限額也分別調至73.5萬元及147萬元。據悉,下調主因是樓價下跌,房委會認為機制已充分考慮最新物業市場及經濟情况。至於綠表申請者,則繼續沿用最新的公屋申請者入息及資產限額。

維持白綠表四六比

消息指,綠表及白表申請者的配額比例將維持四比六,房委會將預留900個單位,即約一成的單位,作為單身申請人士的配額,即綠表單身人士會有360個配額,而白表單身人士則有540個配額。至於「家有長者」的核心家庭申請者,則會預留2,700個單位。
