海茵莊園「西餅客」半年前1.3億連掃25伙現減價14%沽17伙叫價8005萬

九龍建業旗下、位於將軍澳康城的海茵莊園去年10月被一名「西餅客」大手購入25伙一房單位，總投資額達1.3億元。不過，最新消息顯示，這名「西餅客」目前正叫價合共8,005萬元出售其中17伙單位，比去年10月的總購入價9,329萬元低了約1,324萬元或14%，個別單位更低近兩成。

該17伙被放售的單位主要集中在海茵莊園第2座的高層，包括8伙C9室和C12室，以及9伙C10室。該批單位一直在市場上放租及放售，叫租價介乎約1.58萬元起。

兩個月前，該批單位曾以500萬元和445萬元放售。其中C9室和C12室，實用面積介乎283至298平方呎，呎價16,779元及17,668元；C10室，實用面積287平方呎，呎價15,505元。
