世紀21奇豐物業愉翠苑分行經理表示，該行新近錄得沙田富豪花園成交，單位為帝皇閣(I座) 中層A室，實用面積465平方呎，2房1廳間隔，座向西北望河景。放盤9個月，原叫價$600萬，減幅20%，減$120萬至$480萬成交，實用面積呎價$10,323。

據了解，原業主於2003年10月購入上址，當時作價$108萬，持貨近21年至今沽售，賬面獲利$372萬，單位期內升值3.4倍。
