屯門海澄軒1座高層3房戶以$638萬連雙車位成交

世紀21天生置業 - 鄭少坤董事表示，該行新近促成屯門海澄軒成交，單位為1座高層C室，建築面積1,056平方呎，實用面積757平方呎，配置為3房套連儲物室間隔，座向東南望山景。物業原叫價$690萬，放盤2個月後，獲同區租客洽購，累減$52萬，減幅7.5%，最終以$638萬連雙車位成交，實用面積呎價為$8,428。

鄭少坤續指，原業主於2011年5月以$380萬購入上述單位及雙車位，持貨14年至今轉售，帳面獲利$258萬，單位期內升值68%。
