祥益地產執行董事盤嘉茵表示，日前屯門居屋兆隆苑錄得一宗區內退休人士的買賣成交個案。

盤氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為低層3室，實用面積375呎，兩房一廳，日前獲區內退休人士垂青。該買家鍾情單位間隔四正，可靈活擺放傢俱，加上屋苑周遭配套齊全，日常起居生活便利，而且原業主擴大議幅，減價$30萬，上述買家有感單位價格吸引，遂便決定以$270萬(自由市場價) 並一筆過付款購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$7200，屬市場價成交。
