小西灣藍灣半島$1,375萬獲承接實用呎價$16,233

美聯物業-黃志佳經理表示，該行剛促成小西灣藍灣半島一個6座中層D室單位成交，實用面積約847平方呎，獲家庭客用家鍾情，以約$1,375萬獲承接，實用面積平均呎價約為$16,233。而2014年貨轉手帳面升值逾1成。

黃志佳稱，剛成交的藍灣半島屬三房連套房間隔，原業主放盤叫價約$1,550萬，由於單位質素佳及擁海景，屬屋苑優質放盤，故獲家庭客垂青，並趁市況向好加快入市，議價後以$1,375萬成交。原業主於2014年6月以約$1,238萬購入上述單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約$137萬，物業升值約11%。
