小紅書租用時代廣場7千呎樓面，呎租40元，與阿里巴巴為鄰

市場消息指，內地人氣社交平台小紅書進駐進駐銅鑼灣時代廣場寫字樓，承租一個面積約7,000平方呎的高層單位，以作香港區辦公室，市傳成交呎租約40元。

時代廣場過往也曾獲大型中資企業進駐，如阿里巴巴多年來分階段租用銅鑼灣時代廣場樓面，包括1座26樓作總部，而集團現租用時代廣場逾10萬平方呎樓面。此外抖音母企字節跳動在2020年6月進駐香港時租用時代廣場一個面積約3,000平方呎的單位，為期3年。
